Meet The Team

Lyle is people-focused, with a background in Sales, Finance and Consulting. He has been in the Real Estate Investing world now for several years. Lyle believes in relationships, stewardship, winning together and putting our creator at the forefront of everything we do. He loves many things, but some of his favorites are being Hubby to Abbey and Daddy to Burkley and Bella, playing golf, pickleball and telling dad jokes.

Abbey was born and raised in Franklin, TN, and later attended MTSU in Murfreesboro where she met the love of her life, Lyle. She’s Mommy to two beautiful daughters (Burkley and Bella) and has a background in early childhood education. She’s known for her kind spirit and love for people as well as her passion to serve our Savior. She co-founded Sparrow REI and adds tremendous value to the team in many ways, including transaction coordination and interior design.

Tyler is a blessed husband and father, passionate baseball fan, and is the self-proclaimed "best looking member of the Sparrow family"! He and his wife, Brittany share a passion for serving their church and community and they are excited to be able to further that passion with Sparrow!

Brittany is a dental office manager, property manager for a home owners association, and worship leader at Family Life Church. Most importantly, she is  married to her best friend , Tyler and is Mom to 3 wonderful children.

Brittany grew up in Bloomington, IN, a college town where real estate is constantly moving. Her love for home buying and selling began 8 years ago when she and Tyler decided to custom build a home and they've  personally built and sold 3 homes. They are now living their dream of being able to renovate distressed properties all while helping their family and friends achieve financial goals through investment opportunities. In Brittany's own words, "It truly feels like we are living in a dream!"

Billy is a creative individual with a passion for excellence and a deep love for people. Beyond his professional pursuits, Billy finds joy in his role as husband to his loving wife, Lauren, and a proud Dad to three awesome kids, Grayson, Novie, and Isaac. In addition to his creative and marketing endeavors, Billy also serves as a minister in his local church. With a genuine and compassionate approach, he uses his talents to make a positive impact in both his professional and personal spheres.  

Samuel has worked in management for four years and has worked in real estate for almost two. He became a licensed Realtor®️ in the summer of 2022 in the great state of Tennessee. Samuel has a heart for people and enjoys creating win-win situations.  He is also very passionate about photography, traveling and basketball (obviously)

Adam is a middle Tennessee native, who has lived in Murfreesboro, Tennessee since 2003. He has a bachelors degree in graphic design and illustration from MTSU. In his free time he watches a lot of movies, plays music, and does a lot of drawing.
